From Oct. 5 to 14, 2014, The group conducted a focused survey regarding on proposed CHPs. Unlike the first exposure, survey is much shorter and specific. The survey questionnaires are constructed to confirm the last survey and to add more information to help build proper strategies of the projects.

Oct. 18, 2014 - Team L.S.N. went to the Gym of Mahayag to help manage the games. The Health Summit which was first for Mahayag, aims to promote camaraderie with the 4th years, 3rd years, 2nd years, L.G.U., P.N.P., and Mahayag Municipal Hospital (MMH). The games included basketball, volleyball, egg relay, sack race, and newspaper dance. an aerobic dance was performed with everyone to start the day.
