The next challenge for the group was to initiate the Community Health Plans (CHP) that were freshly made after their first survey. The operation known as TASK FORCE: NEW HOPE will be main driving force for their purpose in the community. Team LSN's motto:
will be the main objective for the development of the community within a limit of four (4) years. The motto of the group was created in lieu to their desire to bring a better future for the community, by addressing its problems. With this, the group would like to bring a better future for the community, empowering them to commit to their barangay, thus, giving them a NEW HOPE.
TASK FORCE: NEW HOPE was also designed to signify the groups' seven 97) cmprehensive Health plans. NEW HOPE represents:
N - No to Hypertension addresses the Problems of high suspected cases of hypertension in the barangay,
E - Environment linisin, Kalusugan payamanin Implements a more clean and healthy environment,
W - Wastong Kaalaman kontra Sakuna On which shaping the barangay into a calamity-prepared community,
H - Healthy ka sa Agrikultura deals with teh socioeconomic problems of the community, improving farming and intoduction of new livelihood programs,
O - Oplan, Malnutrisyon Tuldukan which will focus on the prevention and solving high rates of malnutrition in the barangay,
P - Pangkalakatan na Kalusugan, Aaksyunan which will address the adequate health care services in the baranagy and lastly,
E - Erase ang Rabies, Walang Mintis on which a campaign will spearhead in the prevention and control of rabies infection in the barangay.
